What kind of equipment do I need for my program?Customized 1:1 coaching program: You have the option to pick either gym or home workout programs. For the home program we always suggest at a minimum to have dumbbells (5-10lbs or heavier depending on your strength) and booty bands.

How will I get my customized program?1:1 coaching - Once you have purchased your program and filled out your form you may receive a follow up phone call/email if additional information is needed. When the plan is ready you will receive an email with details on how to register on the app where your plan will be available. If you don't receive an email with your plan within 72 hours, check you spam/junk folders - any issues you can send an email to xfactorphysiqyes@gmail.com

Will I still have access to my programs if I cancel my subscription?Unfortunately once your subscription is cancelled you will no longer have access.

How do I access the Fit & Fierce on demand workoutsOnce you subscribe to the program you will have access to the members only area. Go to the Fit & Fierce tab to view workouts by month.

Are my meal plans customized?1:1 coaching - You have total control over your meals. We will provide you with your calories/macros and you can pick and choose your meals based on your preference within our app. Bootcamp meal plans - You will be provided with a flexible meal plan that includes the recommended portion sizes/weight and list of foods that you can eat. Example: 150g of protein, and you would pick from the protein options provided.

How do I contact you if I have questions after I receive my plan?Once you log in to the app you are set up with your plan. If you have any questions you can message us on the app.

What if I can't do some of the exercises?On the app you can substitute exercises if you don't have the equipment or you aren't physically able to perform them.
